Developmental delays and HBOT

Our journey over the past few years has been challenging, but today, we are filled with gratitude and hope for our daughter's future.
Since birth, our daughter has faced developmental delays. She had low muscle tone, crawled and walked late, struggled with speech (including a stutter), and encountered many difficulties along the way. When we lived in Israel, we were informed that the left side of her brain was underdeveloped, which explained many of her challenges.
We recently moved to Manchester and finding a school for her was incredibly difficult. Despite our efforts, no school was willing to accept her, leaving her at home for an entire year without a proper learning environment. As time passed and our options became more limited, we considered special education schools, though deep down, we believed she could thrive in a mainstream setting. This period was extremely difficult for us as parents, watching our daughter struggle without the support she needed.
In October 2024 when my daughter was 12, we learned about Oxychai and decided to give it a try. Throughout the 40 sessions, I took my daughter daily to the center for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). She loved the experience and looked forward to every session.
A few months after completing the therapy, we began to see remarkable changes in her. She became more confident in her abilities, more focused on tasks, and more capable of initiating activities on her own. Most importantly, she became a happier child. Shortly after, we received the wonderful news that she had been accepted into Satmar Girls’ School.
Today, she is thriving. She is keeping up with her academic studies, forming meaningful friendships, and feeling comfortable in her surroundings. She is socially aware, engaged, and a part of her peer group. Seeing her flourish has been an indescribable joy for us.
We are incredibly grateful for the impact that Oxychai has had on our daughter’s development. We are now planning another round of sessions in the coming months, eager to see what further progress she can achieve.
Thank you, Oxychai, for giving our daughter the opportunity to reach her potential and for giving us hope for her future.
Delighted father
